Ouida is the founder of Sacred Ingenuity, an encouragement ministry initiative birthed from the ancient practice of spiritual direction. 

As an active contemplative, she believes we are spiritually transformed by the word of God holistically – body, mind, and spirit. From this focus she brings many years of experience in teaching a wide variety of spiritual formation courses, leading retreats, and facilitating workshops where she includes creative and imaginative ways to discern God’s heart in our everyday lives. 

Ouida is a uniquely qualified educator to spiritual directors, soul care practitioners, clinicians and others in ministry leadership. Offering training, consultation, and supplemental tools from the expressive arts as a support to help create meaningful change in our lives.
